10 youths receive the sacrament of Confirmation

This past Saturday, November 8, 10 teenagers completed their catechetical process by receiving the sacrament of Confirmation.

The Bishop of Mallorca, Sebastià Taltavull, administered the sacrament of Confirmation to the 1st batch of adolescents who, after 5 long years, have completed their catechetical process. Within this uninterrupted process, they have received the sacraments of Confession, First Communion and the Sacrament of Confirmation.

The celebration took place in the parish of Santanyí and also included the participation of the entire catechism, both family and weekly. The aim was for the young people to enjoy receiving the sacrament and for the younger members of the catechism class to be encouraged to continue once they had received their First Communion.
