I want to receive the sacrament of confirmation
The sacrament of Confirmation is one of the three sacraments (along with Baptism and the Eucharist) of Christian initiation. The word itself, confirmation, which means to affirm or consolidate, tells us a lot. In this sacrament the work of baptism is strengthened and completed.
Through this sacrament, the baptized person is strengthened with the gift of the Holy Spirit. They achieve a deeper rooting in divine filiation, they are united more intimately with the Church, being strengthened to be witnesses of Jesus Christ, in word and deed. In our parishes we have different ways to receive the sacrament of confirmation.
